Chocolate Mug Cake Ingredients
Sugar, wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, maize maltodextrin (Bacillus thuringiensis and/or Streptomyces viridochromogenes and/or Agrobacterium tumefaciens and/or Zea mays and/or Sphingobium herbicidorovans), cocoa powder, egg white powder, Modified starch, glucose syrup, soy flour, sodium caseinate, emulsifiers: esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids with lactic acid, esters of fatty acids with propylene glycol and mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, chemical yeasts: sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate, flavorings, dipotassium monophosphate acidity regulator and silicon dioxide antihumectant
Method of preparation:
You will need 50ml of milk (5 tablespoons)
Place 50ml of milk (5 tablespoons) in a mug** with a capacity of 300ml and that can be used in the microwave.
Add the contents of the sachet and stir well with a fork, until you get a homogeneous mass.
Place the mug in the microwave, at high power, for 1min 10s*.
Consume it still hot, in a mug or unmolded on a plate.
* Attention: The recipe was tested in a microwave oven with a power of 900W.
Increase the time for lower powers or decrease it for higher powers.
**It is not recommended to use a plastic mug.
